Between the protective head scarfs, bands, baggy clothes, wraps, being covered in flour, and stained aprons.

Just wanted to say thanks, and acknowledge the likes, shares, follows, and for even engaging with me here from time to time.❤️❤️❤️

My bakery is growing, it may not feel like it to me at times but, I see the progress. Also, I'm starting to have to carry more big bags of sugar and flour😂

Our scratch made cheesecake is rich with flavor, made in house with only 6 ingredients, and lots of love😊, then baked in a graham cracker crust.

📣Test Kitchen Chronicles-Things I usually delete.

The things my camera catch in the bakery is funny 😁to watch during my editing and stuff.

I sometimes forget the camera is rolling. My bakery has brought me out of my shell a bit, because if you know me personally, you know I'm sooo private in a all aspects of my life☝🏾

Hi All!

Summer is in full swing at NLSB be on the lookout for our summer menu, and summer events at the bakery.

Had to rest up a few days, being an educator our summers are for rejuvenation( most of us. 😂)
As a baker, and the owner of one(bakery) means....

Weighing 127lbs this commercial mixer has been with NLSB throughout many years. It doesn't get seen alot in many of our videos, and pictures.

This mixer has been the game changer behind many large orders, and has made my everyday in the bakery so much easier.

It's the little things😉💫
