Hey everyone,
After an incredible journey filled with laughter, delicious gyros, and so many unforgettable moments, it’s time for me to say goodbye to Big Mouth Gyros. This food truck wasn’t just a business — it was a dream I got to chase, and I’m so grateful I got to share it with all of you.
To every single person who came out to support us, whether it was your first time or you became a regular, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your smiles, kind words, and repeat visits meant more to me than you’ll ever know. You didn’t just buy a meal — you helped keep this little dream rolling. I’ve loved seeing familiar faces, hearing your stories, and feeding the community that showed up for us time and time again.
Unfortunately, the numbers just aren’t working anymore. It takes around $30 just to break even on a meal these days, and it’s become too difficult to keep going without compromising on the quality you all deserve. After a lot of thought, I’ve decided it’s time to close this chapter.
Big Mouth Gyros may be ending, but the memories we made will stay with me forever. Thank you for believing in me, for cheering us on, and for making this ride so special. I’m truly humbled by all the love and support.
If you see me around town, please don’t hesitate to say hi — I’d love to catch up. This isn’t really a goodbye to the people I’ve met… just to the truck.
