With architectural design bringing in Gothic Revival charm, this beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home is a charming custom design that we recently completed for the Davis family.

Brick and Hardi exterior with three gables and window awnings add a lot of personality to this home.

Primary suite and home office dedicated to one side of the home with two secondary bedrooms and a full bathroom on the opposite.

Open concept kitchen and living area with a fireplace offer a welcoming area for family and guests to gather.

A large walk-in pantry, an oversized laundry room, and a generous mudroom space off of the kitchen are well thought out details making this home perfect for country living. Coming in dirty straight to the mudroom and laundry room or coming in with a load of groceries in arm is so much easier with a well thought out home.

If you are looking to customize your home with your family's lifestyle in mind, give us a call. We will listen, work with you to get the details right, and build you the perfect home.

Exquisite details, luxury appliances, and unique solutions. Whatever customization you are dreaming of, we can bring it to life.

This 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom home is quintessential lux.

A gorgeous kitchen featuring a Wolf gas range, side by side Sub-Zero refrigerator and freezer, and a Cove dishwasher with custom cabinetry panels. Island has a pet station niche with water dispensary. Large built-in china cabinet with silverware drawers. Custom cabinetry with peg board drawers for daily serveware and cutlery insert drawer. Oversized pantry with lots of shelving and a butler's serving cabinet directly off of kitchen behind double doors.

Both full bathrooms are drenched in marble tiles and delicate stone fabrication features making them showstoppers. Master bathroom has a Kohler ceiling tub filler where water flows from the ceiling to the stand alone bathtub.

The entire home is trimmed out in custom millwork including board and batten, shiplap, custom closets, and built-ins. We teamed with Foxcrete Construction Group Construction Group and did our first home with barnwood stamped concrete flooring.

The screened in porch has a grilling area with a Wolf vent hood, a large dog door coming into the house, and a dog door in the screened area to access the backyard.

If you are dreaming of more, we can take your wishlist and make it a reality. Give us a call and let's get started customizing your next home.

We had the pleasure of working with phenomenal clients building this 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home in Nokomis.

This custom home features a gorgeous open concept kitchen and vaulted living room, hidden pantry in the kitchen, dining room off the kitchen, and office/flex room off of the living room.

Primary suite highlighted by beautiful faux beams with an on-suite with his/hers walk-in closets, double vanity, and a large walk-in shower.

On the primary suite side of the home is the laundry room, a half bath, and access to the large carport and back porch.

On the opposite side of the home are two secondary bedrooms with a full bathroom in between.

This home is a perfect floorplan for a small family, newlyweds, or for those parents that are downsizing after an empty nest.

Some of our favorite details in this beautiful custom home that we are wrapping up in Baldwin County. Full portfolio coming soon.

This 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath floorplan has been popular with our clients who are downsizing but still want room for the grandchildren.

This home is loaded with built-ins. It features a banquet for casual seating off of the kitchen, a media center in the living room, a hidden pantry, lots of laundry room cabinetry, and a desk in a gift wrapping room off of the laundry.

A unique feature in this kitchen is two ranges. The owners wanted a gas and an electric range to be included. Perfect for canning season.

The on-suite has a large double vanity with a makeup counter, a huge tiled shower, and a large walk-in closet.

It has a spacious back porch off of the family dining area and a spacious 2 car garage on the rear of the home.

This floorplan has been duplicated many times by our clients and each time it's different. Custom. A great layout and a split 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom design make it a perfect home for a smaller family without giving up a lofty open concept feeling.

Rich walnut stained cabinetry paired with beautiful neutrals soften the rustic wood and brick features in this home. Primary on suite with flanking owner's closets, walk-in shower with dual shower heads, and a floating soaking tub. Great outdoor living spaces with covered porches and a large carport.

We would love the opportunity to work with you and help design your beautiful new custom home! Call or message us to get started on your building journey with Titan Custom Builders.
