Today we're remembering my dad, Ronald Clemetson.

Many people don't know that when I was planning the restaurant, I wanted to name it Viral Bites. Dad thought that wasn't the best idea and suggested "Clem's" as the main name.

As usual, he was right.

He was a hardworking man, a great father, and someone whose advice helped shape not only this business but many parts of my life.

I'm sharing his obituary below in honor of the man behind the name.
