CALLING ON OUR LOCAL CHURCHES, BUSINESSES AND MEMBERS OF OUR COMMUNITY!!!!

Last Year we hosted our first Community Thanksgiving and we fed over 300 people that otherwise, would not have had a Thanksgiving meal that day. Some didn't know what they would feed their family that day and there were many that were completely alone. Serving this meal not only filled bellies but gave comfort to those struggling through the holidays.

These are people in our very own community. Our neighbors. The widow that is completely alone and has no family to spend the day with. The family with young children who have been struggling just to make ends meet but can't afford the groceries to make a special holiday meal. We are all part of the same community and God commands us to love one another.

Feeding people is exactly what we are called by God to do here at Sugar Mamas Bakery. We are more than happy to give our own time, facility and spend the holiday serving. We just need people, businesses and churches to help supply ingredients, supplies or financial assistance.

This event will be held annually in the memory of our dear friend, Tiberius Joyce. Please call us at 318-704-1024, reach out to us via Facebook messenger or stop by our location at 5911 Monroe Hwy, Ball, LA if you are able to help. Thank you and God Bless!!!
