🇺🇸 Happy 4th of July! 🇺🇸

We’ll be at the Columbus Farmers Market tomorrow from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Despite this HEAT, I did manage to harvest a beautiful mix this morning! Kale, Swiss chard, parsley, cilantro, dill, basil, cabbage, English cucumbers, summer squash, zucchini, and eggs will all be available.

The cherry tomatoes won’t make it to market… my kids and I got to them first.

We’re taking pre-orders for next week’s packaged chorizo and green sauce if you’d like to make sure we have some for you.

Lima bean taco. I know, it sounds crazy. But I’m about to change your mind about lima beans.

This Saturday at Columbus Farmer's Market: summer squash and lima bean taco, topped with roasted poblano crema and tucked into warm corn tortillas.

Come try one and see for yourself. 🌮

Tomorrow at the market 🌿

We’ll have fresh salad mix, radishes, scallions, kale, pak choy, and farm eggs available at the Wanderling Farm table.

Taco Tent will also be featuring the kale & pinto bean taco this week made with our farm kale, and topped with our radishes. We had such a nice kale harvest that I wanted to work more of it into the menu this weekend instead of the curried cauliflower taco.

We’ll also have our Taco Tent recipe chorizo available frozen in 12 oz containers to take home, along with our Green Sauce (formerly tomatillo avocado salsa) in 12 oz containers.

And thankfully, it’s looking like the rain should clear out before market starts. ☁️
