To my wonderful customers and followers. CRL Magazine added Charcuterie as a category for their BESTIE Awards this year! I would be so grateful if you would vote for Date & Olive Grazing Co.

The Albany Pine Bush Preserve and the team at their Discovery Center have become great customers to us. The Science Symposium this past Thursday, as part of the Lupine Fest, was the third event we’ve catered for them. This time, (100) charcuterie cups, including vegan and gluten-free. Well, this is a first! Was asked to make a charcuterie display for a…restaurant. A French bistro, to be exact! How perfect is that? They are celebrating the birthday of owner at and his wife didn’t want him spending TOO much time in the kitchen at his own party. 🎉 😊 Happy birthday, Kevin!
