Veggie bakes are a great way to;

1) Eat more veggies!

2) Cut waste! You can toss in whatever you’ve got especially if it’s about to be no good.

3) Add a quick and easy low carb side to any dish!

4) Feel like a chef! You really can’t mess it up.

5) Eat more garlic! Garlic has so many amazing health benefits. Just throw the cloves in whole! So easy, delicious, and nutritious!

My go-to is tossing them in some olive oil and Montreal Steak Seasoning 🤤 bake on 400 degrees for 30-40min depending on your oven. Give them a lil toss around after about 20min. Air fryer also works very well. You can even put some chicken breasts right on top and have a one pan meal. Option to serve with rice 🍚

✨Extra Credit: When you’re prepping the veggies, set aside your scraps and add them to a container or bag in your freezer to keep for a stock later✨
