My name is Juan Almaraz, owner and operator of the Dapper Brews Coffee Trike. At Dapper Brews Coffee, we brew and sell high-grade specialty coffee and teas that are locally roasted with the same attention to detail and care that we have for our customers. My keen attention to detail stems from having prio
r service in the military and a technical background by trade. The same levels of attention paid during a mission, or those required to be applied to a new design or project are key. That attention to detail is applied each and every time you are served a cup of coffee. The coffee journey started circa 2015, after a trip to the Pacific Northwest, or as folks refer to it as: The Epicenter of Craft Coffee. It was there that my mind and taste buds were in awe when I sipped by first cup of specialty pour-over coffee. From that point on, I took it upon myself to learn and absorb as much information about the various manual brewing methods. That curiosity evolved from brewing at home as a hobby to serving small groups of friends, and now, to a full-fledged mobile coffee bar. With a passion for coffee and both old and new friendships, I invite you to come drink some good brew with us.
