Actually with 3 varieties: Calypso Hot, Calypso Mild and Calypso Green. We've been working hard and actually creating our new secret recipe; Calypso Mojo a marinate to be used specially with any kind of sea food

and also Calypso Mango Chutney a recipe that comes from our east indian ancestors with a Caribbean touch.
