Chef Doni.

With a passion for Japanese cuisine, a love for bringing people together, and years of experience creating unforgettable dining experiences, Chef Doni brings the sushi bar straight to your home, celebration, or special event.

What started with a passion for sushi has grown into a journey centered around creating memorable experiences around the table, from intimate dinners to celebrations shared with family and friends.

Doni holds an Associate Degree in Culinary Arts and was one of the opening Sushi Chefs at Umi in Buckhead. After working at several sushi restaurants throughout Atlanta, he eventually found his way to creating something of his own.

And this journey? It’s been his favorite one yet. 🥢
