It’s a beautiful day outside and although we must practice social distancing, we are encouraging everyone to keep up their self care habits.!
Here are some things you can try:
1. 📖 Start a good book
2. 🧘🏾 Meditate daily
3. 🏋🏾♀️ Try some new work out routines
4. 🧶 Pick up new hobby like crocheting or arts and crafts
5. 🍓🥬 Eat a healthy diet and get rest
