The Smoked Fish Umami Flavored Foods Order Processing:

Each meal is carefully weighed to meet a minimum of 1Lb and 8oz. (24oz) serving size which includes meats and sauce/soup.

The majority of the bones are not included due to the weight plus they are eliminated prior to being used for making stocks. The cost for each meal is $40.00 (Per Serving)
