Certification: Sanitation Certification-State of Illinois; Certified Menu Planner Chef Harris is a dedicated professional with an elegant idea for every occassion with each recipe he creates. He will transform your thinking from your mind to the platter to serve your taste buds. It is his ultimate goal to keep you licking your lips for more and more. Chef Harris specializes in private and intimate dinner parties. His specialties are weddings, graduations, birthday parties and many other occasions. He plans a variety of menus balancing the event with the client’s desires. Our chef performs and designs buffet set-ups, etc. for any number in your party. Chef Harris has also successfully operated the kitchen of a multimillion dollar facilities. Unlike other Chefs, he is the greatest meal creator for your preferred event.
