In the Philippines, salabat is a ginger tea that's lightly sweetened (and served with calamansi). It's one of those recipes that mom or lola would make when we were sick.

At Manalo's, you don’t have to wait till your sick to get some salabat. Served iced or hot with fresh citrus, it's a light and refreshing drink that makes you feel a little healthy too 😉

Ginger is used all around the world in many recipes and to cure many ailments. In the Philippines, salabat is a ginger tea sweetened with sugar or honey.

At Manalo's, we serve our salabat iced or hot, with fresh local honey and citrus, for a refreshingly light beverage.

Just about every item on our menu has a story. There's a reason why we sell what we do and how they're prepared. We want to share those stories with y'all!

Yes, the baon box was created out of FOMO. Our parents didn't buy us a lot of snacks like Lunchables, or Kid Cuisines (😭) - so we're making our Baon Boxes with the healthy and nourishing meals our families would make for us.

Y'all love our calamansi lemonade (we get it) - and this year, we're trying out some new flavors!

In the Philippines, Baguio is the number 1 strawberry producer for the entire country. When we say those strawberries are sweet, we mean SWEET! 🍓🍓🍓

So this strawberry season, we're featuring some of our Baguio-inspired items, like this Strawberry Calamansi Lemonade. Available in May.

One thing about us - we LOVE pickles. Dill pickles, pickled onions, pickled okra ... you name it! Atsara, the Filipino pickled papaya, is no exception.

Our Tito Noel would make the BEST atsara (and longanisa tbh). When we visited Tito Noel for the last time, he sent us back to the States with a small 8oz jar of his atsara. We put it on everything: steak, chicken, fish - the list goes on. Then one day, the jar was empty. We spent MONTHS trying to recreate his atsara. The secret? That I can't tell you, but I know Tito Noel would be proud.

Albeit we usually slice the cake and split it amongst the other vendors - but this time we thought it would be more fun to hand 1 person a whole cake.
