Food has always been more than just a business for me it is my passion, my creative outlet, and my way of connecting with people.
Through my two food trucks, Hot Diggity Dog Unlimited and Asian Fusion Cuisine, I get to share two sides of my culinary journey. Hot Diggity Dog allows me to have fun with classic comfort foods, creating unique loaded fries, funnel cakes, and creative specials that bring smiles to customers of all ages. It’s where nostalgia meets innovation.
Asian Fusion Cuisine reflects my roots, experiences, and love for bold flavors. It gives me the opportunity to introduce dishes inspired by Asian street food, family recipes, and flavors from different cultures. Every sauce, bowl, spring roll, and special menu item tells a story and represents a piece of who I am.
My passion goes beyond creating delicious food. Food safety is at the heart of everything I do. I believe that great food starts with proper handling, cleanliness, quality ingredients, and strict food safety practices. Every meal served from my food trucks is prepared with care, not only to provide amazing flavors but also to ensure the health and safety of every customer.
What I love most is creating food that people remember. Whether it’s a gourmet fried food , a Filipino-inspired bowl, a Korean-inspired sauce, or a new fusion creation, I enjoy experimenting with flavors and turning simple ingredients into something exciting.
Running two food trucks is a lot of hard work, long hours, and constant learning, but seeing customers enjoy my food makes it all worthwhile. My goal has always been simple: serve great food, maintain the highest standards of food safety, bring people together, and create memorable experiences one meal at a time.
