We just wanted to send out a gratitude post, not only for our wonderful customer base, but also one of the amazing companies that we have partnered with. We were informed, there was an Internet outage on Thursday evening in the Oak Knoll neighborhood. We had guests in watching Thursday Night Football, as well as a full deck for our weekly Trivia Night (6-8pm). So grateful for the Internet service from WeSpeakWiFi.com that we didn't notice any interactions! We couldn't be happier about that! When our primary system cut off, our backup went to work uninterrupted. Imperative for our small business. Thank you for the Service!

People often ask why we don't do brisket regularly..and it's not a simple answer for us. We love brisket! However with the cost or beef and the cost of wood, we need to be deliberate with when we run our smoker. We will continue doing fun stuff this fall!

Butter's BBQ in Sinton pulls brisket from its daily menu as prices near $50/lb. Beef cheek steps in as the new star.
