Goldberry Roasting Company Craft coffee roaster and coffeehouse based in Ashland, OH. That's why it is so important for us to roast our coffee in small batches.

Coffee can be ordered online and shipped anywhere in the US or Visit us at our main Roastery in Ashland or our Brunswick cafe inside Market 42! At Goldberry Roasting Company, we have the unique opportunity to be a part of coffee's journey from the seed to the cup. Through our relationship with farmers in the Sierra Norte region of Mexico, we have had our hand in helping improve existing coffee cro

p and cultivate new, improved ways of processing coffee beans. Due to our close relationship with the coffee farms and farmers, we care about getting the roast profile of our coffee exactly right. We work hard to highlight the flavors that farmers around the world have spent generations creating and preserving. By keeping our roasts small, we can ensure that we are bringing out the unique flavor profiles of each individual bean and the farm and region it came from. When someone serves or drinks our coffee, they play an important role in passing on the story and history of the people who nurtured and cared for the coffee long before it ever made it to our roastery.

Maybe coffee isn’t your thing , or maybe you like coffee but just want to mix it up sometimes. That’s why we added some new quencher options to our summer menu!

And while it may not be coffee, you can bet we put the same care into making sure these quenchers hold up to the quality we strive for in everything we serve.

The Mango, Watermelon and Dragonfruit quenchers are made using green tea, house made lemonade and a concentrate that uses 100% natural flavors and coloring, 20% fruit juice, a blend of stevia and cane sugar and natural caffeine from green coffee extract. In one 12 oz cup, you can expect 30-40 mg of caffeine. Less than a cup of coffee but still enough to give you that little extra you need to get through the day!

The Peach Splash is caffeine free and made from our house herbal tea, house made lemonade and a concentrate featuring organic purées and juices!
