As a chef, I believe that true artistry transcends boundaries, whether it’s through food or music. Today, I want to pay a deeply personal tribute to the legendary Lata Mangeshkar, whose voice has been the soul of India for generations. Lata Ji’s songs have been the soundtrack to countless celebrations and quiet moments in my own life. Her ability to evoke deep emotions through music reminds me of the love and care we pour into every dish at my restaurants. Both food and music are universal languages that bring people together, and Lata Ji’s melodies have always brought a sense of togetherness, much like a family meal.
