We built out a 1987 Chevy P30 ice-cream truck. Utilizing reclaimed and recycled building products, we outfitted "Betty" with freezers, sinks, bells, whistles and two state of the art ice block shavers. Utilizing said shavers, we cut the ice blocks into fine snowy lumps and then cover the lumps with all natural syrups. Made to order, our shave ice is all natural, vegan, gluten and lactose free. We
also offer small batch artisan ice pops. Natural, organic, seasonally pertinent and locally grown fruits and herbs are combined with organic sugars and sweeteners to create sublime frozen treats. Some days we roam the streets seeking people hungry for deserts, sometimes we post up at events like Laurita Winery's "Food Trucks and Fire Pits". We are available for parties and special events. In 2015, we opened out first "brick and mortar" location in Asbury Park's iconic Grand Casino (on the boardwalk across from Bradley Park and next to Macloons, same building as Paramount and Convention Hall). Epic treats include ORGANIC COTTON CANDY made to order, Hawaiian style shave ice, small batch ice pops made in house, pop corn and Scandinavian bulk candy, salt water toffee, chocolates, mulled cider, Mexican style hot chocolate, and many more options.
