I’ve been thinking a lot lately about how much this little business has grown, and honestly… I just feel really grateful. 🥹🤎
I’ve been doing this for almost 6 years. Six years of learning, growing, starting over, doubting myself, getting tired, finding my motivation again, and continuing to bake even when I wasn’t sure where this journey was going to take me.
Being a small home baker isn’t always easy. There are so many talented bakers out there, and there are so many people doing what I do. Sometimes it’s easy to wonder, 𝙒𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙥𝙚𝙤𝙥𝙡𝙚 𝙘𝙝𝙤𝙤𝙨𝙚 𝙢𝙚?” or “𝙒𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙮 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙚 𝙗𝙖𝙘𝙠?”
And then someone orders again.
Or someone tells a friend about me.
Or I get a new follower who eventually becomes a customer.
And those little moments mean 𝙨𝙤 𝙢𝙪𝙘𝙝 𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙚 𝙩𝙤 𝙢𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙣 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙗𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙮 𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙯𝙚.🥹
To my customers who have been coming back for years… thank you.
To the ones who just placed their very first order… thank you.
To everyone who follows me, likes my posts, shares my work, recommends me, or simply cheers me on from the sidelines… 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙠 𝙮𝙤𝙪.🤎
You’re not just buying a cake, cookies, or a dessert from me. You’re supporting a dream that I’ve been trying to keep alive for almost 6 years.
And when you come back and choose me again, it reminds me that all the late nights, the messy kitchen, the experimenting, the mistakes, the starting over, and all the moments of wondering if I should keep going… are worth it.
I don’t take any of it for granted.
Thank you for letting me be a small part of your celebrations, gatherings, cravings, and special moments. 🥹

I truly wouldn’t be here without you. ✨
