Super excited to share this with you all... Look what I had made after work yesterday along with a double batch of smoke salmon. I hope to see you Saturday at the South Anchorage Farmers Market feom 9 - 2 ☺️

Michael Langevin was commissioned to do this project for Viola and Wendall they own Goshen Garden and Greenhouse in the valley, they have the most amazing produce if you have the opportunity to shop them DO IT!! Lots of pickled produce so delicious and the cucumbers are so good! They will be at the Alaska State Fair this year so go see the sign and get somebgoodies. This picture does not do the piece any justice the size was massive 6'2 inches long and just under 20 inches wide and very thick , the slab came from the Kasilof area.
