So, this morning's This or That featured this little beauty, and well... things escalated. 😂

For those of you who know me, you KNOW I don't drink energy drinks.

WELL, GUESS WHO DRANK THE WHOLE DAMN THING?! 🙋‍♀️🤣

Let me tell you what I did!

🍓 A little ice
🍓 Strawberry syrup
🍓 Heavy cream
🍓 Dehydrated strawberries

Blended it all together until it was smooth, creamy, and absolutely delicious!

Poured that strawberry goodness into a Red Bull, topped it with a glorious mountain of whipped cream, and...

I. DRANK. EVERY. LAST. DROP.

And now I'm bouncing off the walls, questioning my life choices, and wondering who thought giving ME this much energy was a good idea! 🤣⚡

But DAMN, was it good!!

Well, friends, you may have noticed some not-so-nice comments popping up on our page today. 😂

Apparently, while promoting our 5-Year Anniversary Week, I missed one tiny little detail in Facebook's advertising settings.

Instead of promoting our celebration to our wonderful little community here in American Falls and the surrounding area, I accidentally invited THE ENTIRE UNITED STATES! 🤣
WHOOPS!

And wouldn't you know it, a few folks from clear across the country decided to stop by our little corner of Facebook just to tell us how much they dislike our use of AI, our graphics, and apparently our very existence. And wished for our demise. 😂

Well, bless their hearts.

I've since corrected my advertising settings, so hopefully our anniversary celebration will get back to reaching the people who can actually come enjoy a cup of coffee!

But here's what today reminded me of.

We really do have something special in our little community. ❤️

Five years of incredible customers, friendships, laughter, kindness, and support. And I wouldn't trade that for all the Facebook engagement in the world.

So, my apologies for accidentally turning our anniversary celebration into a nationwide debate about artificial intelligence. That was definitely NOT on the party agenda! 🤣

And to the folks who traveled 2,000 virtual miles just to leave nasty comments?

Thanks for the engagement! Unfortunately, we don't offer nationwide coffee delivery. ☕😂

Now, back to celebrating FIVE YEARS of Morning Wood Brew with the people who helped make it possible!
