As most may know, I love to buy local items to use in my breads. I'm currently on the hunt for fresh cornmeal. If you know where I can purchase this or know someone who can help me find it, please let me know or tag them in the comments. I'll also be looking out for two big jars of candied jalapeños and maybe four or five small jars. Thank you in advance.

Hello Canyon Popcorn friends, I’m Evelyn (Evie) Romero!

I’m so excited to introduce myself as the new owner of the Canyon Popcorn Company

This opportunity combines two things I absolutely love: popcorn and being a part of this community. My family and I are looking forward to becoming a part of the memories that make this place so special.

One thing that won't be changing is the vintage nostalgia we all know and love. Preserving the charm and character of Canyon Popcorn Company is incredibly important to me, and I’m excited to build on that foundation while creating new experiences for our community.

We’re working hard behind the scenes and will be sharing more details as we get closer to the grand opening, which will be happening later this month! There are so many exciting things ahead, and I can't wait to share them with you!
