To my family, friends, customers, and supporters,
First, I want to thank everyone for the prayers, phone calls, messages, visits, and well wishes. The love and support my family and I have received during this difficult time have meant more than words can express.
As many of you know, I recently experienced a serious medical event that has left me with weakness on my right side. My doctors have recommended that I enter rehabilitation so I can focus on my recovery and regain my strength.
Because of my health condition and the uncertainty surrounding my recovery timeline, I have made the difficult decision to close Beyond Taste for the foreseeable future. This is not a decision I ever wanted to make, and it breaks my heart. Beyond Taste has been more than a business to me—it has been a dream, a passion, and a way to serve my community.
Right now, however, my health must come first. Before I can continue building my dream, I need to focus on healing and giving myself the best opportunity to recover.
I am asking for your continued prayers for myself and my family as we navigate this next chapter. I am trusting God through this process and taking things one day at a time.
This experience has reminded me that while dreams are important, our health and the people we love are even more important. Please take care of yourselves, listen to your bodies, and never miss an opportunity to tell your loved ones how much they mean to you.
