Flour + Flower Bakehouse Order Policy

To secure your order date, a 50% non-refundable retainer is required at the time your order is placed. Orders are not considered booked until the retainer has been received.

The remaining balance is due the day before your scheduled pickup date. If final payment is not received by the due date, your order may be canceled and the retainer will not be refunded.

Because all items are custom-made and ingredients are purchased specifically for each order, retainers and completed payments are non-refundable. Changes to orders may be accommodated when possible but cannot be guaranteed.

By placing an order with Flour + Flower Bakehouse, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
