"I have a Weber genesis and a Q series love them both but was wanting a grill that i could get the wood / smoke flavor and the flame kissed steaks that I used to get over a camp fire but without all the hassle and time it required. I believe I found it, this grill fires up easy and fast. My first BBQ was bacon wrapped chicken filet I cooked way to high so they shrank about 50% but still okay, my 2nd and 3rd attempt were butcher style thick Ribeye able to fit 4 on the grill easily. Seared both sides and flame kissed the edges like a PRO everyone was pretty amazed by the flavor the wood (mesquite chunks) and fire adds to the meat. It was well worth the wait. The heat diffuser plate is heavy duty and does a great job for distributing the heat for an even cook. I know I will have a few learning curves but this is now my go to grill. Also can't wait for the grandkids to roast some marshmallows over the fire." - Amazon Customer

Fourth of July American Tacos:

Ingredients -

Shrimp Marinade:
1 1/2 Tsp cumin
1 1/2 Tsp paprika
1/4 Tsp sea salt
1/4 Tsp white pepper
2 Tsp canola oil or vegetable oil
1 Lb shrimp

(Marinade in a bowl or bag in fridge for 30 minutes to 1 hour)

Toppings:
2 Cups finely shredded red cabbage
1 Cup chopped cilantro
1/2 Cup red onion finely cubed
1 tomato finely cubed
Juice of 2 limes
1/2 Tsp sea salt

(Mix and Leave in Fridge for 30 minutes)

Red White and Blue Sauces:
1 Cup Sour Cream
Blend with Red or Blue Dye

(Place in Squeeze Bottles)

Other Ingredients:
Avocado
Minced Jalapeno

How to Cook -

Put shrimp on skewers and then on to Velocity Grill on medium for 3-4 minutes per side or until cooked through. Place corn tortillas on the grill until browned on both sides!

Put all the items together and enjoy!!

Stuffed Roasted Red Pepper Burger and Roasted Red Pepper Cream Sauce:

What You'll Need Per Burger -

1 Artisan Bun
1 Burger Press
1 Slice of Fresh Mozzarella Cheese
1/4 of a Whole Roasted Red Pepper (Cut into Slices)
1/4 Pound of Ground Beef
Course Salt & Pepper to Taste
Olive Oil

What You'll Need for the Sauce -

1 Roasted Red Pepper
1 Cup Sour Cream
1/2 Cup Greek Yogurt (Plain)
1/2 Cup Mayo
1 Tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
Onion Powder & Garlic Powder to Taste
Lemon Juice and Lime Juice to Taste

PREP FOR BURGER:

Grab 3/4 of the ground beef and place in the center of the burger press and form into an almost perfect patty. With your finger or a smaller burger press, make a space in the middle of the patty you created for enough room for the slice of Mozzarella and the slices of Roasted Red Pepper. Once the stuffing is placed, put the rest of the ground beef on top of the stuffing and make sure it's completely sealed.

PREP FOR SAUCE:

In a blender, first add the Roasted Red Pepper and then Sour Cream and Yogurt. Blend these ingredients together and once they are smooth, add the other ingredients to taste! Place in the fridge until it is thicker.

COOKING THE BURGER:

Get the Velocity Grill started and place the heat to "SEAR." Leave on this heat for five minutes until the surface of the grill is hot enough to cook the burgers. Add the Salt, Pepper, and Olive Oil to the outside of the burger before placing on the grilling surface.

Once you have placed the burgers, leave them on that side for at least 5 minutes or until the entire burger starts to brown. Once you have flipped the burger, leave the burger on for another 3 minutes or until cooked to readiness.

Add a little bit more salt and pepper to taste, add your sauce and toppings and enjoy!!!
