βπ₯ Coffee Roasting Day Has Begun! π₯β
The smell of fresh coffee is filling the bakery today as we begin prep for this Saturday's Nazareth Farmers Market.
Today is all about roasting. Bags and bags of fresh coffee are making their way through the roaster so they'll be ready for market day.
But that's not the only exciting news...
π₯¨ The Pretzel Loaf is coming back! π₯¨
Last markets debut was a huge success, and many of you asked for more. We heard you loud and clear, so we're bringing an even larger batch to Nazareth this Saturday.
And making its first appearance of the 2026 market season...
π«β The Double Chocolate Espresso Loaf Returns! βπ«
This was one of our original signature loaves when we first started selling sourdough. Rich chocolate, espresso, and sourdough all working together in one delicious loaf.
As we've rotated through seasonal sweet loaves over the past year, this one has been waiting patiently on the sidelines. This Saturday it finally makes its comeback.
That means one loaf has to take a week off...
π Everything But the Bagel Loaf will be resting on the bench this week.
Over the next few days we'll be roasting coffee, mixing dough, and getting everything ready for Saturday.
