Dear Everyone,

Scotty’s shore shack will be closed permanently at the Allentown Farmers Market. I am so thankful for all of the support & customer loyalty you have all shown us. We have shown so much success in such a short period of time. We want to thank all of you from the bottom of our hearts. ❤️

This year has really been a roller coaster and at this time, I need to focus on my family, health & well-being. I do truely love coming in to cook every weekend for you and will be super sad to let it go. 😢

You will still see me around at Heckenberger’s Seafood as nothing is changing there! Thank you again for all of your support every single week! We will be addressing a more mobile and flexible operation in the future, so just keep an eye out! ❤️

Please welcome and support the new business that will be taking over the spot. We wish them as much success as we had! ❤️
