Running a food operation, especially mobile-comes with many challenges naturally. Juggling shopping, scheduling help, preparing for events, getting equipment to and from, and cooking are all a part of the job but one of the biggest task is passing inspections. The list of requirements is lengthy but in particular food inspection is one that we strive for perfection. From food purchases made from approved locations, labeling, and storage down to cleanliness we have earned a perfect score with the Health Dept. just prior to this last weekend. I thank you to those who have helped make this possible and those rooting for us. Congratulations Pit Crew! Keep up the good work!

🇺🇸🔥 This Memorial Day, we fire up the smoker in honor of the heroes who gave everything for our freedom. Today we remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice so we can gather with family, friends, and good BBQ.

Good morning! I want to say thank you to all who came and visited yesterday as well as thank you to the team of help we had for yesterday from volunteers to operations. It was great to see everyone and I remain humbled. I know we’ve been absent for a while due to some changes but hope to be around a little more frequently with a new work schedule. Many know BBQ has been a love for my family and we enjoy sharing it with you. Having something so special to share brings us joy and while we aren’t as available now we still look forward to delivering an experience that brings you and family together for generations to come. Plan to eat with us at the Car Show on Main June 6th!

Permits are in and the wait is over! Find us at Plumb alley Day Saturday! We have been waiting for permits and new schedules to align after experiencing some things beyond our control but your favorites will be on the truck including Ribs and chicken lollipops! Eat with us early for breakfast! Pancakes, bacon, eggs and more! Switching at 1030 to bbq! See you Saturday!
Also the tractor pull for Saturday at the fair grounds has been rescheduled. Come eat with us!

Welcome Race Fans! We have had calls today for BBQ and unfortunately are not setup. We are now a food truck only due to unforeseen events and do plan to be at events near you in the coming weeks! Paperwork is in and we look forward to serving you soon! So sorry for the inconvenience! Thank you so much for all who have reached out the last two days!

We’ve been truly privileged to serve and love on this community in so many ways since opening our doors. The memories made, the support shown, the lessons learned—and even a few tears shared—have made our year one to deeply appreciate.

As we head into a new year, we wish each of you joy, peace, and clarity. Be the person who looks forward, not the one anchored to the past. Sever ties that hold you back, break the chains that limit you, and pursue the peace that brings real blessings.
