Today I have an order for three cakes, any style, any flavor. This customer is so easy to please, it makes me want them to be over-pleased! So, I'm making some flavorful taste sensations...

- the ALWAYS loved Dark Chocolate Cake smothered in Dark Chocolate Ganache

- Lemon Chifon Cake with Lemon custard filling and covered with lemon glaze with drabs of white chocolate ganache

- Double Chocolate Coffee Cake with an espresso glaze
