Bir festival daha bitti. Sadece kahveyi anlatmadık. Bolca sohbet ettik. Bu festivalden geriye tanışmalar, sohbetler, yeni tatlar, aynı masada buluşan insanlar kaldı.👥

Another festival has come to an end. We didn’t just talk about coffee. We shared plenty of conversations along the way.

What we’re taking home from this festival is new connections, good conversations, new flavors, and people coming together around the same table. 👥

Yeni çekirdeğimiz No:13, Honduras’taki Finca La Valentina çiftliğinden. 🇭🇳🌿

Kırmızı üzüm, vişne ve portakal notalarıyla tatlı, canlı ve karakterli. Ama öyle tek tek tat aramanıza gerek yok. Tatlı, canlı, içtikçe içilesi.

Biz sevdik. No:13’le tanışın. ☕️
Our new coffee, No:13, comes from Finca La Valentina in Honduras. 🇭🇳🌿

With notes of red grape, cherry, and orange, it’s sweet, vibrant, and full of character. But you don’t need to go looking for every single tasting note. It’s simply one of those coffees that’s sweet, lively, and makes you want another sip.

We love it. Meet No:13. ☕️

Yeni çekirdeğimiz No19, Etiyopya’nın Guji bölgesindeki Shakiso’dan geliyor.🌿

1800–2300 metrelerde yetişen heirloom çekirdekler, natural yöntemle işleniyor.👩🏻‍🌾

Ama asıl hikâye fincanda başlıyor.

Papatyayla floral bir zarafet,
kumkatla canlı bir asidite,
arkasından çekirdekli meyvelerin tatlılığı.

Hafif gövdeli, temiz ve canlı. Gösterişli olmaya çalışmadan akılda kalanlardan.

Our new coffee, No19, comes from Shakiso in Ethiopia’s Guji region. 🌿

Grown at 1,800–2,300 metres, these heirloom beans are naturally processed. 👩🏻‍🌾

But the real story begins in the cup.

Floral elegance from chamomile,
a bright acidity from kumquat,
followed by the sweetness of stone fruit.

Light-bodied, clean and vibrant. One of those coffees that stays with you without trying too hard.
