What a trip this has been and what a great time spent
Here are a few videos training with
This is just a few days before my first fight in Thailand (pro rules) .phuket 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Some of my takeaways are:
-run even more
-shadow more which helps with techniques and tempo
-bag work is essential once again if helps a lot with tempo
-hit the pads harder
-spar with less power - it’s all about enjoyment and trying things
-clinch,clinch and clinch again!

Let’s carry on to work, improve and I can’t wait to come back!

And just like that I am arriving toward the end of my camp and had my first fight in Thailand yesterday evening .phuket . I came home with the Win but could not have done it without the help of who had pushed me since I have arrived here but also every single coaches and teammates met along the way. It is not a lonely sport but truly a team one. And thanks for your help since arriving here! Well done on your beautiful KO win yesterday too!
