Get off to a strong start this long weekend!
We're smoking Black Angus short ribs over mesquite/oak for 8 hours to give tender juicy beefy goodness

Friday Only.
1) Full rack of 3 bones $55/kg About 1.5 to 2+ kg per rack. Feeds 3 to 5.

2) Single bone $65/kg. Each bone is about 400-600g. Feeds 1 to 2.

Available till sold out. Dinner Only. No sides.

We've had some requests for pork ribs tomorrow 31 July and orders are open!

Full racks of pork ribs smoked with oak/apple wood for 6 hours. Slathered in our Thai style Crying Tiger BBQ sauce (mildy spicy).

Note- We do our ribs slightly differently with a tender bite but not fall off the bone tender. Why? Coz we don't take shortcuts like pressure cooking, steaming the ribs.

1) $65 for full rack (about 1.5kg precook or ~13 bones)
feeds about 3 to 4 pax
2) $35 for half rack (about 0.7kg precook or ~6 bones)
feeds about 1-2 pax

Our techniques amplify the big bold beefy goodness whilst enrobing the steaks with beautiful smoky flavours from hickory/oak/mesquite wood. No gas, ovens or cast iron pans used. Only primal flames and smoke.

Smoked 10 hours to ensure that tender meaty juiciness. Single bone (400g to 700+g)- $65/kg, full rack (3 bones) - $55/kg. Price to be confirmed upon ordering

All mains will be served with flame-grilled vegetables, cheesy stuffed jacketed potatoes and of course our Crying Tiger Sauce.
