The modern grill restaurant showcases cooking techniques such as wood grilling and smoking. Warm and welcoming, this place is the bedrock of communal spirit, sharing good food and celebrating good times. The Bar features a relaxing outdoors terrace to watch the world go by, Bedrock makes an ideal watering hole with its full service whisky bar carrying an extensive range of over 60 single malt whiskies, as well as inventive and classic cocktails. Bedrock’s chefs work directly with farms in the USA, Australia and Japan for sustainable sourcing of premium meat cuts and ingredients. Meat lovers will be pleased with the range of grain and grass fed steaks, cooked over an applewood fired grill for smoky flavour.

The Chateau Rongzi Petit Red Label 2019 showcases a classic Bordeaux-inspired blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot, matured for 10 months in French oak.

Expect layers of ripe red and dark berries, bright freshness and silky, well-integrated tannins that linger long after each sip.

WAGYU BEEF TONGUE SKEWER

Slow-braised until tender, the Wagyu beef tongue is sliced, rolled and finished over Bedrock’s applewood grill.

A glaze of honey, hoisin and five-spice caramelises over the fire, complemented by black garlic mayonnaise and pickled pumpkin for a balance of smokiness and acidity.
