Nothing tastes more like growing up here than Milo — the Milo van at sports day, the Milo dinosaur at the kopitiam, that thick malty spoonful at the bottom of the cup. Our Milo Cube layers all of it into one: silky Milo mousse over smooth Milo flan, in a little cube of pure nostalgia.

Our Clairssants (croissants shaped like éclairs) come in two brand-new flavours, both locally inspired — one sweet, one savoury:

🍫 **Mini Milo Clairssant** — filled with Milo kosong gao ganache, dusted in Milo and finished with a Milo nugget. The comforting cup you grew up on, folded into flaky pastry.

🥔 **Mini Curry Potato Clairssant** — curry potato and egg tucked into buttery, laminated layers. The curry-puff filling we all love, done the KSB way.

An old favourite comes home for National Day.

Pandan is the taste of home — the green in a slice of chiffon cake, the fragrance folded through a childhood of kaya and coconut. Fresh pandan leaves are blended for their juice and folded through the batter, then baked the burnt-cheesecake way — a deep, caramelized top and bottom around a molten, creamy middle.
