Each omelette is prepared using a traditional wrapping technique that can only be mastered through extensive training. Carefully wrapped by our skilled chefs, every plate showcases the delicate texture and elegant presentation that have made this dish a beloved favourite in Japan.

Made with three premium free-range eggs imported from Japan, each omelette is cooked to perfection, creating a delicately set exterior with a soft, fluffy centre.
