For many years, we’ve chosen the harder path
to stay focused, consistent, and uncompromising as Singapore’s Musang King specialist.
Musang King is not just “sweet” or “bitter”.
There are at least 6 distinct taste profiles — dryness, bitterness depth, aroma, aftertaste, texture, and balance.
This is something you only learn through years of handling, tasting, and rejecting fruits — not from labels.
Terms like old tree , new tree, big seed, small seed, green husk, grey house are often talked about,
but in reality, they are usually sold at the same price.
What truly matters is taste, not terminology.
That’s why we don’t classify by hype —
we classify by how it actually eats.

we’re opening up limited dine-in sessions for those who want to experience Musang King fully ripe, freshly opened, and properly explained.
