“Training has always been a big part of my life, and over time that turned into helping other people move better, feel better and perform better, not just in the gym, but in their everyday life and the things they love doing.

That’s exactly what we wanted to bring into this collaboration with Green Monster: to inspire people to get more excited about training and also understand how important proper nutrition is to support it.

We built this bowl around real, balanced food that supports training and recovery, with good protein, quality carbs and fats, and ingredients you can actually enjoy and stay consistent with.
