For the first time in Singapore, we’re introducing our NEW “Watami Umami Sauce” — specially developed by our Japanese chefs and made with Jerusalem artichoke (Kikuimo).
This unique sauce delivers a bold umami flavour with a refreshing, crunchy texture, adding a delicious twist to your favourite dishes and making every bite even more oishi!
What is Kikuimo?
Also known as Jerusalem artichoke, Kikuimo is a vegetable rich in dietary fibre. Our Watami Umami Sauce is made using organically grown Kikuimo from Watami’s own farms, bringing both taste and texture to every dish.
