Tell us about the recipe you’re sharing with us. Are there any memories tied to this dish? If this dish is something new, what inspired you to create it?

“Yes, this is an ode to all the boring salads I’ve had in my life. There is beauty in simplicity: Throwing cos lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers and a simple sauce together does not take much effort and it can be lovely.
But it is badass when you are able to really craft and make a salad to call your own, from a hearty and nutritious base, to crazy sauces and lots of crunchy toppings. This is the Loaded Gun spirit – big flavours, creative dishes and bright colors to fire up your palate.”
