Three years ago, Semolina opened its doors in Tanglin with a simple goal, serve honest food, warm chai, and create a place where people felt welcome.

Since then, we've shared countless meals, celebrated milestones, met incredible people, and watched many first-time visitors become familiar faces. Every bowl served, every cup of chai poured, and every conversation across our tables has been part of a journey we'll always be grateful for.
