Tucked into the cloud forests of Heredia, Costa Rica, this coffee grows where volcanic terrain meets cool mountain air and high humidity. A region with deep roots in Costa Rica's golden era of coffee, and a farm that still carries that identity in every cup.

Los Santos from Amazonas, Peru placed 10th at the 2023 Cup of Excellence and returned in Peru’s 2025 National Winners. Repeat quality from a producer who truly knows their land.

Sitting at 1,600–2,000 metres above sea level, the Gesha here does what great Gesha always does — floral, peach-soft, clean and tea-like in the cup.

Some coffees you save for the right moment.

Finca Deborah has shown up on the World Barista Championship stage in 2016, 2024, and 2025. Our founder Ho Ming used this exact lot to pull the highest scoring espresso last year, and after a year of rest, it’s only gotten better.

We wanted to keep it for nationals this year but there is not enough for our R&D process. So it’s yours instead!

Elipse. Nitrogen maceration, washed. Intense and aromatic, clean and elegant.

A Gesha with a little more depth.
From Los Santos, Amazonas, Peru, this lot is finished using the Black Honey process, where the coffee cherries are carefully pulped but most of the sticky mucilage is intentionally left on the beans during drying. This meticulous method requires constant attention and slow, shaded drying, allowing sugars to develop and infuse into the bean.

The result is a cup with enhanced body and a deeper, syrupy sweetness, while still preserving the elegance Gesha is known for.

Expect notes of poached apple, peach, and soft orange, complemented by a light, tea-like finish. Clean, juicy, and effortlessly enjoyable.

In April, we’re featuring two coffees from Ethiopia:
Banko Chelchele, Gedeb & Gargari Gutity, Yirgacheffe.

From the highlands of Gedeb, Banko Chelchele is prized for its clarity and structure. A washed profile that feels clean and precise; think jasmine, bergamot, and soft peach, with a light, tea-like finish reminiscent of white chrysanthemum.

Gargari Gutity, from Yirgacheffe, takes a different approach. Natural processed, it’s fuller, sweeter with aromatic lavender, ripe yellow peach, a hint of lemon ending with a gentle Earl Grey-like roundness that lingers on the palate.

That’s a wrap on our March pop-up trip.
The past few weeks have been a lot of moving around, setting up the bar in new places, sharing coffees, and meeting so many of you along the way. From familiar faces to people we just met for the first time, every stop was filled with cups, conversations, and good energy around the bar.
We’re really grateful to everyone who came by to hang out, have a coffee with us, and spent a little time together. These moments are always our favourite part of doing pop-ups.
Thank you all for being part of it.

El Carmen, El Salvador — Orange Bourbon
Bright and fruit-forward with grape, passion fruit, honey, and dried apricot. The cup is clean, crisp, and lively.

Sumava de Lourdes, Costa Rica — Villa Sarchi
A softer, rounder profile with poached apple, apricot, and maple syrup sweetness. Smooth and syrupy, comforting to drink.

A nice contrast if you’re exploring coffee — one brighter and fruit-driven, the other rounder and sweeter.
Both are brewing in-store and available online.

Las Margaritas, Valle del Cauca 🇨🇴

We first fell in love with the Sidra variety from Café Granja La Esperanza a few years ago. This time, it returns from their Las Margaritas farm, and somehow, it’s even more captivating than we remember.
Silky and beautifully structured, it expresses everything we adore about Sidra. Expect notes of moon drop grape, apple candy, poached pear, yellow peach, and honey. Sweet, elegant, and gracefully layered in every sip.

Now available in our experience room, in retail bags, online, and at our pop-ups in Thailand and Hong Kong.

Come hang, have a cup, and taste it with us.
