Some People Build Businesses. Others Preserve Legacies. 🇸🇬
As National Day approaches, we find ourselves reflecting on what it truly means to protect Singapore’s heritage.
For Chef Quentin, it has never been about following trends or creating the next viral dish.
It has always been about something much bigger.
For over 25 years, he has remained steadfast in his mission to preserve and promote Singapore’s Eurasian culinary heritage. Every day, he steps into the kitchen with the same purpose he started with decades ago: to ensure that the recipes, traditions, and stories passed down through generations are never forgotten.
The journey has not been easy.
The F&B industry continues to evolve. Costs rise. Consumer tastes change. Traditional cuisines become increasingly rare.
Yet giving up has never been an option.
Because when a recipe disappears, a piece of our history disappears with it.
At Quentin’s, we believe food is more than nourishment. It is culture. It is identity. It is a bridge that connects generations and keeps our heritage alive.
As Singapore prepares to celebrate another National Day, we honour everyone who works quietly behind the scenes to protect the traditions that make our nation so rich and diverse.
Thank you for allowing us to continue sharing our story with your families, one meal at a time.
Together, let’s keep Singapore’s Eurasian heritage alive for generations to come.
❤️ Because preserving our heritage isn’t just our mission. It’s our responsibility.
