Ingredients:
1 box chocolate cake mix
1 cup melted butter
2 cups crushed Oreo cookies (reserve a few whole Oreos for garnish)
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 tub whipped topping (such as Cool Whip)
1 package instant chocolate pudding mix (3.9 oz)
2 cups milk
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Spread half of the crushed Oreos evenly over the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
In a bowl, mix together the chocolate cake mix with the melted butter until well combined and crumbly. Sprinkle the cake mixture over the layer of Oreos.
Drizzle the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the cake mix.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the top looks set and golden brown.
While the cake is baking, prepare the instant chocolate pudding mix by whisking it with 2 cups of milk until thickened; let it chill in the fridge.
Once the cake is done baking, let it cool completely. Spread the chocolate pudding evenly over the cooled cake.
Top the pudding layer with whipped topping, spreading evenly.
Garnish with reserved crushed Oreos and any whole Oreos if desired.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
