I’m using mbd-web.com to host my website for free, and it’s been super simple.
They offer free managed hosting (HTTPS included), and if you don’t even have a website yet, they can build a simple site for you for free as well (subject to approval). The only condition is a small, discreet ad banner on the site to fund the service.
A few important details:
• You don’t get FTP/SSH/cPanel access (security-first). If you want changes, you contact them and they handle updates.
• They don’t provide custom domains — you can buy your own domain (recommended) or request a subdomain.
• No adult/explicit content.
