🍨 „Pentru mine, gustul de cremă de zahăr ars înseamnă copilărie. Înseamnă bucătăria de acasă, o cratiță albastru-cobalt pe aragaz și crema de zahăr ars pe care o făcea mama. Și la Petra am ales ca crema de zahăr ars să aibă gustul ăla simplu și familiar pe care îl știu de când eram mic. Nu l-am reinventat și nici nu am vrut să-l finisez mai mult decât trebuie.”
