ls the world has to offer by following strict but simple rules: just 100% natural ingredients, only fresh and seasonal fruit; no artificial flavors, colors, preservatives or emulsifiers of any kind. That’s how we create traditional Italian gelato with high-quality milk and cage-free eggs, authentic sorbets prepared with mineral water and at least 50% ripe-picked fruit coming from the best cultivators and from our own organic farm Mura Mura: we discovered that managing agriculture is the key to have the best fruit and that’s why we bought a farm.
