This Christmas, I’m sharing some recipes for special Igbo delicacies.

In today’s video, we will be making Nkwobi, a local Igbo delicacy that tantalizes the taste buds with a burst of flavors.

Ingredients include: Boneless Cow leg, Knorr Chicken, Salt, Palm Oil, Potash or Ngu, Crayfish, Dry Pepper/Cameroon pepper, Uziza, Uda, Onions, Utazi
