We respect our culinary heritage without forgetting that Krakow has always been an open and modern city Hence, our menu features uncompromisingly fresh seafood - lobster and oysters from our own lobster house - as well as Polish dishes based on local and seasonal products (including game, vegetables, fish, mushrooms, fruits of the forest). Chef Grzegorz Fic's menu reflects the philosophy we follow - respect for people who create the best products with passion and energy. All this finds a beautiful finale on Albertina's plates, being a story of constant search - for flavors and aromas. We have a proprietary fine dining tasting menu for guests, as well as a'la carte offerings. The culinary experience would not be complete without wine. It is like the best and precious spice for us.
